Supply Chain Manager – Singapore

Responsible for Singapore Supply Chain including procurement, planning, order fulfilment, customer services, logistics and warehouse activities of Weatherford housed in Loyang Offshore Supply Base. Key focus on optimizing local supply chain capabilities to facilitate business growth and to improve service levels to Singapore Supply Chain in both manufacturing and operations, serving region and global business needs.

Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain, preferably in Oilfield or Refinery/Chemical related industry
Experience in ERP system is mandatory, preferably JDE
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Lead by example and apply high quality standards to own work and team
Cope well under pressure; have strong organization skills; be able to work effectively to tight deadlines and targets
Able to balance complex and conflicting demands and take decisive action
Confident and capable people manager
Experienced in project management, staff and team development
Results driven, taking pride in achieving goals
Demonstrate leadership skills, gain credibility and the trust of colleagues, customers and suppliers
An excellent team worker, seeking opportunities to work with others and add value to the overall business
Pragmatic and hands on in style. Comfortable to dive into the detail when required
Certification in APICS CPIM / CSCP will be advantageous
